This is how the ordering process works
From the first inquiry to delivery to your club, it usually takes 3–5 weeks. The process is transparent, and you have full control over the design at all times.
Step 1: Get in touch
Send us an inquiry via the contact form or by email. Describe what you need: which products, approximate quantity, desired colors, and whether you already have a club logo as a file. If you do not yet have a concrete design in mind - no problem. We will advise you and show reference examples.
Step 2: Create and coordinate the design
Based on your briefing, we create one or more design proposals as digital mockups - free of charge and with no obligation. You can see in advance how your singlets, tracksuits, or T-shirt sets will look, and you can request as many changes as you like. If needed, we also produce a physical prototype - also free of charge if an order is placed afterwards.
Step 3: Ordering and production
After design approval, you will receive a binding quote. Production starts after order confirmation and takes 2–3 weeks for singlets, tracksuits, and T-shirt sets. Socks require 3–5 weeks, sports bags 2–4 weeks.
Step 4: Delivery
The finished club apparel is delivered directly to your club address in 2-4 days - shipping free of charge. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is on its way. No customs fees apply within the EU.

Design tips: How to make your club apparel perfect
Provide club logo as vector file
For the best possible print, your club logo should be provided as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf). Vector graphics can be scaled without any loss of quality. If you only have a pixel file (.jpg, .png), it should be at least 300 dpi and 1,000 pixels wide. Send us your logo and we will check the print quality free of charge.
Define club colors clearly
It is best to share your club colors as a HEX or Pantone color code. This ensures the shade is matched exactly and remains consistent across different orders. If you are unsure: Send us a photo of your current club apparel, and we will match the colors.
Observe UWW compliance
For official UWW competitions, wrestling singlets must meet specific requirements: red and blue color accents on the legs, one-piece cut, tight fit. Let us know in the design briefing whether UWW compliance is desired - we will take the rules into account directly in the design.
