How the ordering process works
After the design has been approved, production usually takes approx. 2–4 weeks (socks approx. 3–5 weeks), followed by delivery to your club in approx. 2–4 business days. The process is transparent, and you have full control over the design at all times.
Step 1: Get in touch
Send us an inquiry via the contact form or by email. Tell us what you need: which products, the approximate quantity, your preferred colors, and whether you already have your club logo as a file. If you don’t have a specific design in mind yet, no problem. We’ll advise you and show you reference examples.
Step 2: Create and finalize the design
Based on your brief, we create one or more design proposals as digital mockups—free of charge and without obligation. You’ll see in advance what your singlets, tracksuits, or T-shirt sets will look like, and you can request as many changes as you like. If needed, we can also make a physical prototype—also free of charge if you subsequently place an order.
Step 3: Order and production
After the design has been approved, you’ll receive a binding quote. Production starts once your order is confirmed and usually takes approx. 2–4 weeks for wrestling singlets, tracksuits, and T-shirt sets. Socks take 3–5 weeks, and sports bags take 2–4 weeks.
Step 4: Delivery
Your finished club apparel will be delivered directly to your club address in approximately 2–4 business days - shipping is free. You’ll receive a tracking number once the parcel is on its way. There are no customs fees within the EU.

Design tips: How to get your club apparel just right
Provide your club logo as a vector file
For the best print quality, your club logo should be provided as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf). Vector graphics can be scaled without any loss of quality. If you only have a raster file (.jpg, .png), it should be at least 300 dpi and 1,000 pixels wide. Send us your logo and we’ll check the print quality for free.
Define your club colors clearly
It’s best to provide your club colors as HEX or Pantone color codes. This ensures an exact color match and consistency across different orders. If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your current club apparel and we’ll match the colors.
Ensure UWW compliance
Wrestling singlets for official UWW competitions must meet certain requirements: red and blue accents on the legs, a one-piece design, and a tight fit. Let us know during the design briefing if you need UWW compliance - we’ll incorporate the rules directly into the design.
