How the ordering process works
From the first inquiry to delivery to your club usually takes 3–5 weeks. The process is transparent, and you have full control over the design at all times.
Step 1: Get in Touch
Send us an inquiry via the contact form or by email. Describe what you need: which products, approximate quantity, desired colors, and whether you already have a club logo file. If you don’t have a specific design in mind yet – no problem. We will advise you and show reference examples.
Step 2: Create and Approve Design
Based on your briefing, we create one or more design proposals as digital mockups – free of charge and without obligation. You can see in advance how your singlets, tracksuits, or T-shirt sets will look and request unlimited changes. If needed, we also produce a physical prototype – also free if an order is placed afterward.
Step 3: Order and Production
After the design approval, you will receive a binding offer. Production starts after order confirmation and takes 2–3 weeks for singlets, tracksuits, and T-shirt sets. Socks require 3–5 weeks, sports bags 2–4 weeks.
Step 4: Delivery
The finished club clothing will be delivered directly to your club address within 2–4 days – shipping is free. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is on its way. No customs fees apply within the EU.

Design tips: How to make your club clothing perfect
Provide club logo as a vector file
For the best print quality, your club logo should be provided as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf). Vector graphics can be scaled without loss of quality. If you only have a pixel file (.jpg, .png), it should be at least 300 dpi and 1,000 pixels wide. Send us your logo, and we will check the print quality free of charge.
Clearly define club colors
It’s best to share your club colors as HEX or Pantone color codes. This ensures the exact shade is matched and remains consistent across different orders. If you’re unsure: send us a photo of your current club clothing, and we will match the colors.
