These shipping and delivery conditions apply to all orders in the WrestlerStore. All orders ship with DHL from Germany.
1. Shipping costs (DHL, by weight and zone)
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the delivery zone of your country.

2. Delivery times
- In-stock items: Delivery within Germany: 1–3 business days. International delivery: 5–10 business days.
- Personalized WrestlerStore singlets: Production starts every 15 days. Manufacturing takes approx. 4 weeks, then your order ships. Total approx. 5–7 weeks.
- ASICS EX-EO custom color: Production and delivery take 40–80 days in total.
- Club orders: Manufacturing and delivery take 20–50 days depending on quantity.
3. Carrier & tracking
We ship with DHL. After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link.
4. Availability of goods
If an ordered product is unavailable because we are not supplied through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform you immediately and promptly refund any payments already made; where possible we will suggest a comparable product.
5. Transport damage
If goods arrive with obvious transport damage, please report it to the carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Please report hidden damage immediately after unpacking. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Pickup
Self-pickup is not possible for logistical reasons.
7. Delivery restrictions
Delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible. Delivery to DHL Packstations is possible – please provide your post number and the Packstation number as the delivery address.
8. Customs and import regulations
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (zones 4 and 5), additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are not included in the shipping costs and must be borne by the recipient.
Made-to-order items (e.g. personalised wrestling singlets and club apparel) are produced after your order: production starts every 15 days and takes about 4 weeks – in total approx. 5–7 weeks until delivery. The delivery times above apply to in-stock items.
