Return Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy applies for 30 days within the European Union (EU). If your purchase was more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns from outside the EU are generally excluded.
To be eligible for a return, the item must arrive unused, unworn, and in its original condition as well as in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Excluded from exchange and return:
All singlets are excluded from exchange and return. These items are made to order or produced individually and are excluded from withdrawal and exchange in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 and 3 BGB.

Refunds (if applicable):
As soon as your return has been received and inspected by us, we will notify you by email at support@wrestlerstore.com about the receipt and about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method minus the restocking fee.
Delayed or missing refunds:
Please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank if necessary, as processing time may apply. If you have not received a refund after these steps, please contact us at support@wrestlerstore.com.
Sale items:
Sale items or special offers are excluded from refund and exchange.
Exchange (defective items only):
An exchange is offered only for defective or damaged items. In this case, please contact us at support@wrestlerstore.com and send the item to:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the goods upon return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Return shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund.
For returns over €75, we recommend shipping with tracking or insurance. We are not liable for returns that do not arrive.
