Returns & withdrawal

For non-personalized stock items, we grant a voluntary 30-day right of return. Independently of this, consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal (details below).

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WrestlerStore – Noah Honold, Wiesenstraße 5, 89551 Königsbronn, Germany, email: admin@wrestlerstore.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. You can also declare your withdrawal directly via our online withdrawal form; in this case you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g(2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code, BGB). This applies in particular to personalized wrestling singlets (e.g. with a name or number), individual club designs and custom-made products (e.g. wrestling shoes in custom colors). Gift cards are also excluded.

Voluntary 30-day right of return for stock items

For non-personalized stock items (e.g. ASICS wrestling shoes in standard colors, accessories), we grant a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. Condition: the item is unused and unworn and reaches us in its original condition including the original packaging; please enclose proof of purchase. You bear the costs of the return shipment. Your statutory rights (withdrawal, warranty) remain unaffected by this voluntary right of return.

Refund

As soon as your return has arrived and has been checked, we will inform you by email. The refund is made to your original payment method within fourteen days at the latest. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may need additional processing time.

Defects & exchange

For defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items, the statutory warranty rights apply. In this case, please contact us at admin@wrestlerstore.com.
