Shipping conditions

OVERVIEW

These shipping and delivery conditions apply to all users of the WrestlerStore website, in particular to customers who order and have our products delivered.

Please read these Shipping and Delivery Terms carefully before accessing our website or placing an order. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you must not place any orders on the website.

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES

Delivery
We deliver our products within Germany and to other European countries. Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide.

Shippingcosts within Germany
The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of EUR 7.99 per order.

Shipping costs abroad
The shipping costs to other European countries are flat rate 18,99 EUR per order.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time within Germany
The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.

Delivery time to other European countries
The delivery time to other European countries is usually 5-10 working days after receipt of payment.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING COMPANIES

We ship our products with DHL.

SECTION 4 - AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

If a product you have ordered cannot be delivered because our suppliers do not deliver to us through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not want a comparable product to be delivered, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration already provided.

SECTION 5 - TRANSPORT DAMAGES

Obvious transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors immediately to the deliverer and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

Hidden transport damage
If you discover any transport damage after unpacking the goods, please inform us immediately. We will discuss the next steps with you.

SECTION 6 - SELF-COLLECTION

For logistical reasons, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

SECTION 7 - DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

PO box addresses
Delivery to PO box addresses is not possible.

Delivery to packing stations
Delivery to DHL Packstations is possible. Please provide your postal code and the Packstation number as the delivery address.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOMS AND IMPORT REGULATIONS

For deliveries abroad, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply which are not included in the shipping costs and which you must pay. Please contact the relevant customs or tax authorities for more information.
