Terms and Conditions – Team WrestlerStore
These terms apply to all creators, athletes, clubs, and partners participating in the Team WrestlerStore program via Shopify Collabs. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Collaboration
Team WrestlerStore is a selected athlete and creator program within the wrestling community. Participation in the program does not constitute an employment relationship or exclusive sponsorship unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Referral Links and Discount Codes
Creators receive personal referral links and/or discount codes. These may only be used for their own community and authentic promotion. Publishing on coupon, deal, or voucher websites is not allowed.
3. Commissions
Commissions are paid only on valid and successfully completed orders generated through the personal referral link or discount code. Commissions apply exclusively to WrestlerStore products and not to products of other brands, including but not limited to ASICS or other third-party brands. Cancelled, refunded, returned, or fraudulent orders are excluded from commissions.

4. Payouts
Payouts are made via Shopify Collabs according to the conditions displayed in the creator dashboard. WrestlerStore reserves the right to review orders before releasing commissions.
5. Content and Brand Representation
Creators commit to representing WrestlerStore professionally and authentically. Content should relate to wrestling, training, competitions, sportswear, or the wrestling community. Misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content is not allowed.
6. Usage Rights for Content
By creating and publishing content related to WrestlerStore, the creator agrees that WrestlerStore may use this content for marketing and advertising purposes. This includes use on social media, the website, in advertisements, and other marketing materials.
7. Product Shipments
Free or discounted products may be provided to selected creators at WrestlerStore’s discretion. There is no entitlement to future shipments.
8. Prohibited Activities
It is not allowed to run paid advertising on behalf of WrestlerStore, impersonate official WrestlerStore accounts, make false claims about products, or use spam methods to generate sales.
9. Termination of Collaboration
WrestlerStore may remove creators from the program at any time if these terms are violated or behavior harms the brand image. Creators may also end the collaboration at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
WrestlerStore reserves the right to adjust these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
