Returns & Cancellation

For non-customized stock items, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. Regardless, consumers have the statutory 14-day right of cancellation. Custom-made items are excluded from the right of cancellation (details below).

Right of Cancellation

Right of cancellation: You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For orders of multiple goods delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (WrestlerStore – Noah Honold, Wiesenstraße 5, 89551 Königsbronn, Germany, Email: admin@wrestlerstore.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory. You can also declare the cancellation directly via our online cancellation form; in this case, you will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt of your cancellation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This particularly concerns personalized wrestling singlets (e.g., with name or number), custom club designs, and special orders (e.g., wrestling shoes in custom colors). Gift vouchers are also excluded.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy for Stock Items

For non-customized stock items (e.g., ASICS wrestling shoes in standard colors, accessories), we offer, in addition to the statutory right of cancellation, a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Condition: The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition including original packaging; please include the purchase receipt. You bear the costs of return shipping. Your statutory rights (cancellation, warranty) remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. The refund will be made to your original payment method within fourteen days at the latest. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may require additional processing time.

Defects & Exchanges

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, statutory warranty rights apply. Please contact us in such cases at admin@wrestlerstore.com. Return address: WrestlerStore – Noah Honold, Wiesenstraße 5, 89551 Königsbronn, Germany. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
