Return Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days within the European Union (EU). If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns outside the EU are generally excluded.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return the item to the manufacturer.

Excluded from exchange and return:

All wrestling jerseys are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are made to order or individually produced and are exempt from cancellation and exchange according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 Nos. 1 and 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift vouchers

  • Software products for download

  • Intimate and hygiene products

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Health and personal care products

Partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have parts missing that are not our fault

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Restocking fee:

For all accepted returns, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 5% of the merchandise value from the refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email at support@wrestlerstore.com of its receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund, less the restocking fee, will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds:

Please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank if necessary, as processing may take some time. If you have not received a refund after completing these steps, please contact us at support@wrestlerstore.com .

Special offer items:

Reduced items or special offers are excluded from refunds and exchanges.

Exchange (only in case of defect):

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. In this case, please contact us at support@wrestlerstore.com and send the item to:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the item upon return. Otherwise, the refund will be made to the original purchaser.

Return shipping:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
For returns over €75, we recommend using tracked or insured shipping. We assume no liability for non-received returns.
